Lejose Fashion House commenced life in Mairangi Bay  in a small store at the front of the Greengables Mall. The year was 1991. The product range in the early days was mainly New Zealand based labels, however with several of the local designers opening their own retail outlets it was decided to look oversea’s. The first labels where selected and were a hit with our clients. The store was soon busting at the seems so the decision was made to take over the hairdressing business next door remove the partitioning wall and expand.

This was completed and made a huge difference although fate was yet to play another card when it was announced that the old Post Office Building was about to come on the market. We had to move fast as it was a keenly sort after property, 3 days later we were the new owners of a somewhat run down old Post Office Building. Plans were drawn up and we set to with re establishing Lejose in the newly renovated building. This was a happy home for us until Mid  2013 when we decided that it was time to move on. Takapuna Beach was our chosen option and we moved into a brand new store in August 2013. September 2019 our lease had expired having found a great store location in Newmarket we decided to move yet again and are now set up in one of the best locations possible at 7a Teed St Newmarket.
